SPII SPA has initiated the process of adjustment to Regulation EU no. 679/2016 – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which will enter into force on 25 May 2018.SPII SPA informs you that for the establishment and performance of the contractual relationships in progress with you, it possesses personal details and tax information acquired, also verbally, directly or via third parties, relating to you, which are data qualified by law as personal data.
With reference to these data, we inform you that: – the data are processed in relation to the contractual needs and to the consequent legal and contractual obligations derived therefrom, as well as in order to achieve an effective management of the commercial relationships.
The data shall be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic, or online support:
providing these data is obligatory for all that is required by the legal and contractual obligations, and therefore any refusal to provide them, or of their subsequent processing, may make it impossible for the undersigned to implement said contractual relationships;
however, the failure to provide all the data that are not attributable to the legal and contractual obligations shall be assessed by the undersigned case by case, and shall result in the consequent decisions in relation to the importance of the requested data to the management of the commercial relationship;
Without prejudice to the communications and disseminations made in accordance with the obligations of law, the data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:

credit institutions
credit recovery companies
commercial information companies
professionals and consultants
companies operating in the transport sector
for the sole purposes of the protection of credit and the better management of our data with regard to the individual commercial relationship; for the same purposes, the data may be made known to the data processors appointed by SPII SPA
the data shall be processed for the entire duration of the established contractual relationships, and thereafter as well, for the fulfilment of all the obligations of law, as well as for future commercial purposes
as regards said data, your Company/Firm may exercise the rights provided for by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 within the limits and under the conditions of articles 8, 9, and 10 of that Decree, and of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, as modified, and at any rate pursuant to Regulation (EU) 679/2016;
